Visualization Picture 1: This is a post-epidemic word cloud graph showing the keywords of academic literature titles appearing on Google Scholar from 2020 to 2021 by searching for the title "Fitbit". A total of 952 English-language academic literature titles were crawled through the data collection. Academic research on Fitbit has focused on human activity, the body, health, and the technology, use, and learning of the device, with "new crowns" being one of the key words in the Fibit study.

Visualization Picture 2: This is a social media word cloud graph for the post-epidemic period, showing posts on Fitbit UK and Ireland, the official Fitbit Facebook account. We have crawled 489 posts posted in 2020–2021 where stress, sleep, challenge, and lockdown are the keywords for posts in 2020–21.

Visualization Picture 3: This is a rose chart of Fitbit community user requests in the post-epidemic period. We collected posts from the "Feature" topic on the Fitbit community from 2020 to 2021 and collated the new feature requests from users. There were 26 new feature requests, with the top three requests for Fitbit to add SpO2 testing, temperature testing and contactless.

Visualization Picture 4: This is a graphical representation of keyword rankings for heart rate-related posts in the Fitbit community from 2020–2022. By crawling through posts related to "heart rate", we have compiled a list of 16 keywords, with 2021 having the highest number of keywords. The vast majority of posts are related to "not working".
Visualization Picture 5: Based on user suggestions collected from January 2021 to March 2022 in the Fitbit community, we developed the following chart to categorise the suggested content. The histogram formed by the small icon shows that the demand for activity tracking is the most prominent of all the needs of users.
